Why This Camp Exists

The final weeks before the season are when committed players separate themselves.

This camp bridges the gap between summer training and the start of the season, so players arrive faster, sharper, and more confident from Day 1.

What Players Will Train

• Elite skating, edges, and acceleration

• Puck protection under pressure

• Game-speed decision-making

• Small-area games & battle drills

• Hockey-specific conditioning

• Position-specific instruction (forwards & defensemen)

Camp Format

Each day includes:

​

• 3 hours of on-ice training

• Mid-session ice resurfacing

• Structured recovery break for intensity and quality instruction

• Total: 15 hours of high-tempo development
