ON ICE TRAINING
Nothing can replicate on-ice training. Synthetic ice and off-ice shooting stations are poor imitations of the real thing. When it comes time to play in real games, you play on the ice, so there is no substitute.
Our on-ice training centers around stride technique, edgework fundamentals, puck protection, and shooting.

SKATING STRIDE TECHNIQUE
We work with players on proper body positioning and stride length to make them more efficient and faster skaters. Proper striding is a foundational element of good skating

EDGEWORK & AGILITY
We work with players on how to become more proficient on their inside and outside edges. Mastery and confidence in a player's edgework allow them to play faster.

PUCK POSSESSION & HANDLING
Puck Possession builds on our core skating and edgework training. Learning to protect and possess the puck is a crucial tenet to success in today's game.
